The account section shows all-time traffic, upload and download totals, and total connected time recorded on the device.
Subscriptions
If your trial has expired, select a subscription plan in the app. Existing customers can use Restore Purchases from the subscription screen.

Privacy-first service information
VortexShield is designed to provide VPN service access and account management. The app may store basic local settings, device identifiers required for service functionality, subscription status, selected server information, connection state, and traffic usage totals.
VortexShield does not require access to contacts, photos, camera, or microphone to provide VPN service. VPN traffic is handled only as needed to provide the connection requested by the user.
Purchase information is handled through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription status may be stored to keep access active and restore purchases.
Subscription Terms
Auto-renewable access
VortexShield subscriptions provide continued access to VPN service after the free trial period. Payment is charged to the Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Restore Purchases is available inside the app.
